Peter DeReus has had the dream to host a trail race at Crystal Springs Recreation Area for years and that dream has now become a reality. In collaboration with the Town of Wytheville, Peter joins with Melissa Londry to direct Wythe County's first and currently only trail running race. This inaugural race was also set on Peter's birthday. The goal is to increase trail running in the area, as well as promote how wonderful Wytheville and the surrounding areas truly are.
