Volunteer Duties
​
As a volunteer, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Registration & Check-In: Assist runners with check-in and race day packet distribution.

Aid Stations: Help set up and restock aid stations with water, snacks, and encouragement.

Course Marshalling: Guide and direct runners along the course, ensuring safety and providing support.

Timing & Lap Counting: Help track runners’ laps and record times during the timed races.

Set-Up & Tear-Down: Assist with the setup of race-day tents, signage, and other event logistics, as well as helping with breakdown after the event.

Runners’ Support: Provide a welcoming environment for runners, offering encouragement and a helping hand when needed.

Volunteer Hours

Volunteer shifts typically range from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the role. We offer flexible options, so you can help out for a few hours or for the entire day. Whether you can volunteer for part of the event or the entire day, we appreciate your support!
Volunteer Village
​
As a special thank you for your time and support, volunteers will have exclusive access to the Volunteer Village. Here you can relax, grab a snack, and enjoy a break away from the race action. It’s a great place to recharge and connect with other volunteers during your shift!
