Option 1:  3–4 Mile Option (Wellness-Focused Track)

4:00–5:00 PM: Arrival, Check-In, Settle into Lodging

5:00–5:45 PM: Opening Circle + Intentions (Trauma-Informed + Nervous System Grounding)

5:45–7:00 PM: Sunset Run (3–4 miles, conversational pace)

7:15–8:15 PM: Dinner

8:15–9:00 PM: Guided Meditation + Breathwork for Down regulation

9:00 PM: Free Time / Rest / Connection

Option 2: Higher Mileage Option (6–8 Miles — Run-Focused Track) 4:00–5:00 PM: Arrival, Check-In

5:00–5:30 PM: Opening Circle (Abbreviated)

5:30–7:30 PM: Sunset Run (6–8 miles, optional progression effort) 7:30–8:30 PM: Dinner

8:30–9:00 PM: Mobility + Recovery Session

9:00 PM: Rest

Option 1: 8–12 Miles — Wellness Focused Track

6:30–7:15 AM: Breakfast + Fueling Education

7:15–7:45 AM : Dynamic Warm-Up + Movement Prep

8:00–11:30 AM: Route 16 Run (8–12 miles, scenic + supported)

11:30 AM–1:00 PM: Meditation + Nervous System Regulation Workshop

1:00–2:00 PM: Lunch

2:00–3:30 PM: Recovery Nutrition + Hydration Session

3:30–4:30 PM: Rest / Integration / Optional Bodywork

4:30–5:30 PM : Strength for Longevity (Low-Impact Personal Training Session)

6:00–7:00 PM: Dinner

7:00–8:00 PM: Group Reflection + Fireside Connection

8:00 PM : Rest 

 

Option 2: 21–32 Miles (Run-Focused Track)

5:00–5:30 AM: Early Breakfast + Fuel Prep

5:30–6:00 AM: Route Briefing + Gear Check

6:00 AM–1:00 PM: Route 16 Long Run (21–32 miles, self-paced with support)

1:00–2:00 PM: Recovery Meal + Electrolyte Replenishment

2:00–3:30 PM: Rest / Nap / Passive Recovery

3:30–4:15 PM: Advanced Recovery: Mobility + Tissue Care

4:30–5:30 PM : Strength for Longevity (Low-Impact Personal Training Session)

6:00–7:00 PM: Dinner

7:00–8:00 PM: Group Reflection + Fireside Connection

Option 2:  6–8 Mile Option Run-Focused Track

 

6:30–7:00 AM: Light Breakfast

7:00–8:30 AM: Sunrise Run (6–8 miles, optional steady effort)

8:45–9:30 AM: Mobility + Recovery

9:30–10:30 AM: Closing Circle

10:30–11:30 AM: Brunch

The Fire Horse Women’s Retreat is a 3-day immersive experience designed for women who crave more than just miles. This is for women who are ready to reconnect with their strength, their body, and their purpose.  This retreat is built for runners of all levels, with flexible mileage options so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
